Before Training Please Follow This Checklist to Ensure You're Ready to Go

✅ Charge Your Tablet 

• Ensure the tablet is fully charged.

✅ Install the MedWand App (if not already installed)

Note: If you can't find the MedWand app in the Google Play Store, your account may need to be Age Verified due to local or federal regulations. CLICK HERE for more information.

• Open the Google Play Store
• Search for "MedWand"
• Tap Install

✅ Connect to the Internet

• Make sure the tablet is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.

✅ Set Up Your MedWand Kiosk Manager Account (only applies if using MedWand Kiosk) If you're the primary administrator for the Kiosk:

1. Go to portal.medwand.com
2. Log in using the email address and temporary password sent to your designated technical contact
3. You'll be prompted to create your own password and set up the first Manager Account
4. Once set, you can create additional user accounts as needed

🔁 Forgot Your Password?

• Go to portal.medwand.com
• Click "Forgot your password?"
• Enter your email
• Follow the reset link sent to your inbox
