Pre-Training Checklist

Before Training Please Follow This Checklist to Ensure You're Ready to Go

✅ Charge Your Tablet 

✅ Install the MedWand App (if not already installed)

  • Open the Google Play Store
  • Search for "MedWand"
  • Tap Install

✅ Connect to the Internet

  • Make sure the tablet is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.

✅ Set Up Your MedWand Kiosk Manager Account (only applies if using MedWand Kiosk) If you're the primary administrator for the Kiosk:

  1. Go to portal.medwand.com
  2. Log in using the email address and temporary password sent to your designated technical contact
  3. You'll be prompted to create your own password and set up the first Manager Account
  4. Once set, you can create additional user accounts as needed

🔁 Forgot Your Password?

  • Go to portal.medwand.com
  • Click "Forgot your password?"
  • Enter your email
  • Follow the reset link sent to your inbox
